Book review

Death, it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Alexa cheated death today. Well, at least that's what she was told, but how can you tell, if the Grim Reaper doesn't show up? Lucky she's got Robbie really, who'll go out and confront Death for her, even if it means going to the furthest corners of the world and killing himself in the process. And given Robbie's suicidal anyway, everyone wins.

Zan's having a bad day. Death's best employee, he's been collecting souls since the day he died, but today one wasn't there for him to collect, and that means a soul's achieved immortality and a serious threat to his job security. Now he's got to hunt that soul down and return it to the afterlife before the universe is torn asunder, before the fabric of space-time is destroyed and more importantly, before his boss finds out.

Featuring steampunk package holidays, demon summoning, sex, violence, casual drug use, possessed technology and technomagic of a universe-threatening nature.
