The theme features plants that grow from seed or seed-equivalents. Die-cuts and artful split pages allow readers to discover the featured plant that grows from a variety of "seeds" (i.e. a bulb, pip, hip, berry, kernel, stone, whirlybird). Then, the dynamic is extended into metaphors: i.e. a note grows into a song, a spark grows an imagination, an idea grows a mind, and a book grows a—hmmm, can you guess?
